Mr. Irem Nnaemeka is a dedicated and results-driven finance professional, hailing from Ndufu-Umuota in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting from Ebonyi State University (EBSU) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Accounting from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN). A distinguished Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a certified Microfinance Banker under the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
Mr. Nnaemeka joined Okwo-Oha MFB in August 2022 and has over five years of work experience in the microfinance banking sector, where he has served in key roles as an accountant. He also has over 3 years of practical experience in the hospitality industry as an accountant.

He possesses extensive expertise in corporate business reporting, taxation and regulatory compliance, auditing and internal control, financial analysis and interpretation, budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring, risk assessment, and is efficient in financial modelling with Excel spreadsheet, bank reconciliation, and cash flow management. He is proficient in the use of accounting software. His professional competencies are complemented by a strong analytical mindset, excellent skills in critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and effective communication. His sound ethical judgment, confidentiality, and adherence to best practices make him a trusted custodian of financial data and a valuable contributor to strategic decision-making processes.

He has attended several training workshops organised by CBN, NDIC, FRCN, ITF, and NAMBs. He is happily married and blessed with children.
